For underweight: Consume 15-20 munakka with 5 dates twice daily along with hot milk or water to promote weight gain.
For eye disease: Eating 5 munakka with ghee at night is beneficial for improving eyesight.
In jaundice: Munakka consumed with sugarcane juice is effective in alleviating general weakness during jaundice.
Excessive thirst: Soak munakka in water, grind it, and strain the mixture. Drinking this preparation helps quench excessive thirst.
Munakka with milk
It is preferable to consume munakka with water instead of milk if it has a sour taste.
If munakka is sweeter and no or less sour then it is taken with hot milk at night to overcome constipation.
Hot milk combined with soaked munakka and ghee is beneficial for addressing underweight issues in children.
