How to Use Nagkesar for Skin

Recommended Dosage of Nagkesar
  • Nagkesar Powder: ¼ to ½ teaspoon daily, or as directed
  • Nagkesar Oil: 2-5 drops, or as required
How to Apply Nagkesar Oil for Skin

  • Mix 2-5 drops of Nagkesar oil with 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil. Apply to the affected area once daily. Leave it on for 1-2 hours, then rinse with plain water.

  • Important Tip: Due to its Ushna (hot potency) nature, always dilute Nagkesar oil with a carrier oil like coconut oil before applying to the skin.
