Home Remedies with Saunth (Dry Ginger)
Saunth, also known as Dry Ginger, is a powerful Ayurvedic spice known for its digestive, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties. Rich in antioxidants and natural compounds, Saunth helps relieve stomach pain, indigestion, cold, cough, arthritis, and more. Below are effective home remedies using dry ginger (Saunth) for various health problems.
Mix 1 gram of Saunth, a pinch of asafoetida (hing), and a little rock salt. Drink this mixture with hot water to get quick relief from stomach pain and bloating.
Take 1 gram of dry ginger powder and a pinch of rock salt in a glass of hot water. Drink this after meals to improve digestion and reduce acidity.
A mixture of Saunth, asafoetida, and black salt helps in expelling gas and relieving abdominal discomfort naturally.
Grind Saunth and carom seeds (ajwain) together. Add lime juice and salt, dry the mixture, and take 1 gram twice daily for gas-related abdominal pain.

Boil 10 grams of Saunth in 100 grams of water with jaggery. Consume for relief from joint stiffness and arthritis pain.
