  • Warm a handful of castor oil and gently massage it onto the feet to relieve soreness and fatigue.

  • Apply a hot castor oil pack to the gallbladder area to naturally reduce pain and inflammation.

  • Dip a cotton ball in castor oil and apply it to the affected area. Lie down for a while to soothe swelling and discomfort.
