Home Remedies Using Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)

Black Pepper, known as Kali Mirch in Ayurveda, is a powerful spice with medicinal properties used for immunity, digestion, pain relief, and respiratory health. Discover effective home remedies with Black Pepper for common health issues:

  • Massage a mixture of finely ground Black Pepper and salt gently on the gums to treat pus formation and maintain oral health.

  • Fry a tablespoon of Black Pepper powder in sesame oil and apply it to affected areas to relieve muscle aches and stiffness.

  • Suck on 3 Black Peppercorns with a pinch of Caraway seeds and a crystal of salt to ease cough and throat irritation.

  • Take a pinch of finely ground Black Pepper mixed with honey twice daily to support memory and reduce cognitive dullness.

  • Boil 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper in water, strain, cool, and use as a gargle for quick toothache relief.

  • Mix 1 cup of water with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, and ¼ teaspoon of Black Pepper powder for a natural fat-burning drink.
