Home Remedies for Dry Hair
Mash one ripe banana and apply it from roots to ends. Leave it on for about an hour, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Mix 1/2 cup of aloe vera gel with 2 teaspoons each of castor oil and fenugreek powder, and 1 teaspoon of basil (tulsi) powder. Apply it to dry hair and leave it overnight.
Warm 1/2 cup of olive oil and gently massage it into your scalp and hair. Wrap your head with a towel and leave it for 45 minutes before shampooing.
Combine 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 4 tablespoons of aloe vera, and 2 tablespoons of carrier oil. Mix well, apply to your hair, leave for 30 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water.

Limit hair washing to a maximum of three times per week.
Regularly oil your hair 3-4 times a week according to your skin type.
Massage the scalp for 15-20 minutes when applying oil.
Avoid using harsh shampoos or chemical conditioners.
Follow a balanced, homemade diet including cow ghee, sesame oil, peanuts, and almonds.
Ensure adequate sleep and avoid staying up late at night.
For extremely dry hair, oiling with castor, sesame, or coconut oil (based on your skin type) helps improve smoothness and texture.
