Effective Home Remedies for Asthma
Cut fresh ginger into small pieces and boil it in water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then cool and drink it.
Eating raw onions can help clear the airways and ease breathing difficulties.
Eat a fig (anjeer) in the morning with a pinch of long pepper (piplamul) powder.
Consume pills made of jaggery (gud) and camphor (kapur) for relief.
Combine equal parts of long pepper, amla, and dried ginger (sonth). Take 2-3 grams of this mixture with honey and sugar two to three times a day.
Heat mustard oil with camphor and gently massage it on the chest and upper back several times a day.
