Soak dried figs (anjeer) in warm water overnight and eat them first thing in the morning.
Take one tablespoon of Triphala with water before bedtime.
Grind black cumin (jeera) seeds, add one teaspoon of the powder to a glass of water, and drink once daily.
Boil ripe bananas and consume them twice a day.
Extract juice from crushed bitter gourd leaves; mix 3 teaspoons of this juice in a glass of buttermilk and drink on an empty stomach every morning for one month.
Apply juice extracted from carrot (gajar) and beetroot (chukandar) to the swollen veins.
Drink a glass of buttermilk mixed with ¼ teaspoon of carom seed powder (ajwain) and a pinch of salt.

Avoid excessively spicy and fried foods.
Limit intake of non-vegetarian foods.
Refrain from consuming alcohol.
Avoid lifting heavy weights as they may contribute to piles.
Including Surana (elephant foot yam) as a vegetable in your diet can be beneficial for piles.
