  • It is advisable to avoid taking Triphala during extremely dry seasons, as it may aggravate dryness in the body and cause digestive imbalance.


  • Best Form of Triphala

    Triphala Churna (powder form) is considered the most effective form in Ayurveda. It is commonly taken with honey or warm water. It is also used in decoction (Kadha/Kwath) preparations.
